（1）海外からのお部屋の申込をすることが可能です

日本で使える電話番号や日本の住所、日本の銀行口座がない方でもお部屋を申込いただけます

ご自身の国からの申込でも、お部屋の手続きを進めることができます

（2）連帯保証人様の設定は必要ありません

海外から来られてすぐに連帯保証人の設定は難しいと思います

弊社は緊急時の連絡先としてご両親のいずれかのご連絡先と日本国内にいるお知り合いのご連絡先をいただいております

日本国内にお知り合いがいない場合もぜひご相談ください

（3）日本語が話せない方でもご入居いただけます

日本語が話せない方でもお部屋の契約が可能です

お部屋のご契約の際も、通訳のスタッフを付けることができるのでご安心ください

※通訳スタッフを付ける場合、別途料金がかかります

（4）お部屋に入居した後も、お部屋を出るまで言語のサポートを致します

ご入居いただいた後のお問い合わせは、専用のコールセンターにご連絡ください

対応可能言語は20言語以上ございますので、安心してアパートマンの物件にご入居ください

For Foreign Nationals Considering Renting a Property

Apartman offers the following services for customers coming to Japan from overseas:

(1) Apply for an Apartment from Outside Japan

You can apply for a room even if you don’t yet have a Japanese phone number, address, or bank account.

We can help you complete the application process while you’re still in your home country.

(2) No Need for a Joint Guarantor

We understand that arranging a guarantor can be difficult right after arriving in Japan.

Instead, we ask for the contact information of a parent (as an emergency contact) and someone you know in Japan.

If you don’t have any contacts in Japan, feel free to reach out to us—we’re here to help.

(3) You Can Rent Even If You Don’t Speak Japanese

Even if you’re not able to speak Japanese, you can still sign a rental agreement with us.

We can provide interpreter support during the contract process, so you don’t have to worry.

*Please note that an additional fee will apply if you request interpreter assistance.

(4) Language Support After You Move In

If you have any questions after moving in, please contact our dedicated call center., until you move out.
